If you are locked out of your student account, forget your password, have problems with Canvas, or any other technical issues, please contact Carrington's IT Help Desk. Below is the Help Desk's email address and the information required any time you contact the Help Desk.
Please Provide the Following:
- First and Last name
- Student ID number
- Campus or Online
- Course name (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Optional but helpful: Include a screenshot of the error or issue you are experiencing
